Deep drawing is a stamping processing method in which a flat blank is pressed into a hollow workpiece of various openings by using a drawing die, or a hollow hollow member which has been formed into a hollow member of other shapes, and the drawing is also called drawing. The deformation process is: as the punch continues to descend, the outer diameter of the blank remaining on the end face of the die is continuously reduced, and the circular blank is gradually pulled into the gap between the convex and the concave die to form a straight wall, and is under the punch. The material becomes the bottom of the deep drawing piece. When the sheet material enters the gap between the convex and concave molds, the drawing process ends, and the flat blank becomes a cup having a certain diameter and height. Compared with the blanking die, the working part of the deep drawing and the concave die should not have a sharp cutting edge, but have a certain rounded corner, and the single side gap between the convex and concave die is slightly larger than the material thickness.

Safety Device
1) emergency stop button: press the "emergency stop" button, the hydraulic system, including the motor, will stop running. The press is equipped with two emergency stop buttons, one on the operation control panel and the other on the mobile operation table. In any state and situation, press any one of the emergency stop buttons, and the press stops immediately.
2) Two-handed operation button: Press the synchronization time with both hands within 0.5S, if it exceeds, it will be invalid.
3) Hydraulic Support Safety Circuit: In order to prevent the slider from going out of control, a hydraulic double-support safety valve circuit is installed in the lower chamber of the piston main cylinder to ensure safety. The hydraulic interlocking circuit is set to ensure that the upper chamber of the main cylinder can not be pressurized when the supporting safety valve is not opened.
4) The machine is equipped with power supply, work and other indicators.
5) Longitudinal adjustable safety grating protection device is installed on the front of the press with adjustable position and 600 mm protection height.
6) Overload protection: The hydraulic system is equipped with a safety valve, which automatically overflows and discharges oil when the oil pressure exceeds the set value (adjustable), and sends an alarm signal at the control box.
